I’m Jim Nutty, a photographer, and the owner and operator of the website JimNutty.com. This privacy policy is for this website and governs the privacy of its users.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we require just an email address. We do not require other information, although you may choose to add your first and last name when subscribing. This is a double-opt-in process, where you sign up initially and we send an email to you to confirm that you do wish to sign up, in which there is a link to confirm this.
What do we do with your information?
We use your email address to email you our blog posts and special offers on our products. We have not, and will not, share your email with anyone else. It is not used in any other way. Your email address is stored on secure servers at Mailchimp.com. You can view Mailchimp.com's privacy policy here.
How do you unsubscribe?
At the bottom of every email communication you receive from us, there is an unsubscribe button. This will automatically unsubscribe you from all future communications. If you would like your information to be permanently deleted from this site, email us at jim@jimnutty.com and we will remove your information within 24 hours.
